Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because of a pricing error or a stock problem — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our systems. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Delivery
See our delivery policy for costs and timescales. Risk passes to you on delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within seven working days of the estimated date, contact us and we will investigate or replace it.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
See our returns and refunds policy. You have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, plus our voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee on skin, hair and body products.
Services, bookings and cancellations
Hair treatment prices are published on this website. Where a price is shown as “from”, we confirm the full cost with you at consultation before any work begins. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to rearrange — lock installations block out a full day. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a rebooking, whichever you prefer.
Health disclaimer
We sell food supplements and cosmetic products, and we provide hair treatments. We are not a medical service. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe for or cure any medical condition, and nothing we provide replaces advice from your GP, pharmacist or specialist. Do not stop or change prescribed medication on the basis of anything we say. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or managing a health condition, seek medical advice before making changes. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Product information
We take care to describe products accurately, including doses and full ingredient lists. Photographs are illustrative. Always read the label and check the ingredients before use, particularly if you have allergies.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
Complaints
Email mundo_fit_naturaluk@outlook.com and we will acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve within ten. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme; we will tell you which applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
