Orders are picked and packed by hand, Monday to Friday, and everything is tracked.

Customs duties and import taxes outside the UK are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. We do not dispatch on weekends or English bank holidays.
Packaging
Outer packaging is 100% plastic-free: FSC-certified cardboard, paper tape and shredded-paper void fill, all kerbside recyclable. Glass items are wrapped in moulded pulp. Some product containers use recycled HDPE where glass would be unsafe in a bathroom.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking has not updated for three working days, or your parcel has not arrived within seven working days of the estimate, email mundo_fit_naturaluk@outlook.com with your order number. We will chase the courier and, if it is genuinely lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we will happily resend it once you have paid the postage again.
