Points expire 24 months after you earn them if your account has had no activity at all. Any spend or redemption resets the clock on your whole balance, so in practice regular customers never lose any.
Yes — on treatments as well as products. That is deliberate: a loyalty scheme you can only spend on one half of the business is not much of a reward.
The points earned on that item are removed from your balance. If you have already spent them, your balance simply goes to zero rather than negative — we will not chase you for it.
No. Your account is linked to your email address. To sign in we email you a six-digit code — there is no password to forget, and your balance follows you onto any device you use.
You get a referral code on your Mundo Club page. Share it, and when your friend joins and places their first order you get 250 points and they start with 100 extra. There is no limit on how many people you can refer.
Yes. Points go to the account that pays, so gifts still earn.
