The products MFN produce and provide are subject to critically severe quality assurance.
We promise to provide our customers with the highest quality products within our industry, ensuring the best nutritional benefits. That promise is the reason we keep the range deliberately small — every product has to earn its place on the shelf.
It is also why our formulations are built on 100% natural pure oils and plant-derived ingredients, with no silicones, sulfates, mineral oils, parabens or paraffins, and why nothing we make is ever tested on animals.
Alongside the range we offer professional hair treatments — washing, styling, loc retightening, hair replacement caps and full loc installations — using our own Iminent products in the chair as well as in the bottle.

Natural, and specific about it
“Natural” means nothing on its own, so we list exactly what is in each product — coconut, aloe vera, black castor, grapeseed, eucalyptus, olive and argan oils.
Honest about timescales
Hair grows about a centimetre a month. We will tell you to give a product months rather than promise you a transformation in a fortnight.
Never tested on animals
Not by us, not on our behalf, not in any market. It has never been up for discussion.
Careful hands in the chair
Retightening at a tension your scalp can take, and installations planned around your hairline. We would rather protect your edges than rush you through.

Where we work
United Kingdom, shipping worldwide
Our products are made in the UK and dispatched from here Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day go out the same day, tracked as standard, and delivery is free on UK orders over £40.
Hair treatments are by appointment. Get in touch to arrange yours and we will confirm the details with you — and if you have access requirements, tell us when you book and we will do everything we can to accommodate them.
